Ok so technically it's not a suit and it's not a chair. It's a jacket and a stool.
The jacket is the Steam XIV Steam Me Up! hunt prize from [Contraption].While you're there you might want to join the group (1L to join) and get the Benefit Cummerbund as it works very well with the jacket.
